Pumpkin Overnight Oats

Ingredients

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup yogurt

1/4 cup pumpkin puree

1 tbsp chia seeds

1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 tbsp maple syrup

  1. Combine oats, pumpkin pie spice, and chia seeds.

  2. Stir in milk, yogurt, puree, and syrup; pour into an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

  3. Give it a good mix and enjoy it with your favorite toppings! Cinnamon, pecans, and bananas are some of my favorites:)
