Apple Peanut Butter Toast
Procedure
Cut the apple into quarters and slice each quarter into four even wedges.
Melt the butter over medium heat in a non-stick frying pan.
Add the apples to the pan, stirring and cooking for about 5 minutes until the apples begin to soften. Integrate the cinnamon and lemon juice, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Transfer the apples to a plate and let them cool.
Spread 1-2 tbsp of peanut butter over toast, top with apple slices, and delight!
If you have leftover apple slices, keep them in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
