I recently started eating rice cakes as an alternative to crackers, and I’m obsessed! They are quick and low-calorie snacks. But while rice cakes are low in calories, they also contain minimal fiber and protein, so that’s why I love pairing them with my three go-to toppings:

1 tbsp natural peanut butter + blueberry compote

1 tbsp non-fat greek yogurt + a crushed Oreo

1 tbsp hazelnut spread + a diced strawberry

These three rice cake variations are the perfect snack to keep you full in the afternoon and enrich your biblical meditation.
